第一次成功做了Strawberry Butter Cream, 方子特别好，好吃到不行~

3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
8 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 to 2 tablespoons heavy or whipping cream

Add 1/3 cup seedless strawberry preserves and a few drops of red food coloring

Cream Cheese Icing 的方子是感恩节pumpkin cupcake 用的，糖比一般的要少很多~

Frosting:
1 8oz package cream cheese
½ cup of powdered sugar(or confectioner’s sugar or icing sugar)
½ cup heavy cream or whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
