奶酥面包

方子来自绪作,材料全部x0.6。

吐司材料

  • 牛奶 210g (126g)
  • 鸡蛋1個 (30g)
  • 砂糖80g (48g)
  • 盐6g (少许)
  • 高筋面粉500g (300g)
  • 酵母6g (4g)

奶酥材料:

  • 黃油110g (66g)
  • 糖粉50g (30g)
  • 盐2g (1g)
  • 鸡蛋1個 (30g)
  • 奶粉120g (72g)

奶酥面包加了些切碎的蔓越莓,酸酸甜甜味道更好。还用完全相同的面团做了一个红豆馅的。两个味道都超级赞。
