Pumpkin Bread

今年的感恩节,决定烤一个pumpkin bread当dessert。在参考了好几个版本的食谱后,最后选定用Preppy Kitchen的recipe稍加修改并加点chocolate chips.

原材料:

  • 普通面粉: 210g
  • Baking Soda: 1 teaspoon 
  • Baking Powder: 1/2 teaspoon 
  • 食盐: 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon:1 teaspoon
  • 鸡蛋:2个
  • 红糖:1/2 Cup
  • 砂糖:2/3 Cup
  • 牛奶:1/4 Cup
  • pumpkin puree:1 1/3 cup
  • 植物油:1/2 cup 
  • 香草精:1 teaspoon 
  • Chocolate Chips:1 Cup

350F的烤箱里烤1个小时20分钟,中途在表面盖上锡纸,防止表面上色过度。成品非常出色,蛋糕温润,味道超级赞。过完节的那个周末又做了两个,怎么吃也吃不够。
